CNN released Clay Duke,Panama City shooting footage video clip. According to CNN and other sources,including the video clip (below), A man by the name of Clay Duke started shooting at a Panama City school board meeting last night. Then he killed himself.
This new video has hit the top of Google trends,and peaked the interest of many. They say that Clay Duke is an ex-convict who confronted the Panama City school board last night,claiming that they had fired his wife. He spray-painted a red V on the wall,which possibly stood for Vendetta. Clay's Facebook page contained the same image.
